In this role you will be working with a global construction business as a procurement manager. You will be responsible for the procurement of specific packages allocated, responsible for the maintenance of the schedule and to promote and deliver a collaborative environment.

In this role you will be working with a global construction business as a procurement manager. You will be responsible for the procurement of specific packages allocated, responsible for the maintenance of the schedule and to promote and deliver a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Follow the Procurement Procedure, producing ITT documentation
- NEC contract environment including strategy for delivery team
- Carry out tender duties
- Lead the technical and commercial evaluation of tenders returns
- Developing KPI's to suit the project and deliverables and reporting.
- Provide weekly and period progress reports to line management.
- In depth understand of NEC 3 contracts, proven exposure required
- Previous large rail and civil engineering infrastructure projects
- EU and UK legislative requirements affecting procurement in particular responsible procurement.
- CIPS
- Be able to produce ITT documentation for package procurement in NEC contract environment
